Donita, your help in getting our closing paperwork done in a short period of time was much appreciated. This being our first boat purchase, it was nice to have you available for our questions, and you always kept us informed of what was going on. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly attitude throughout the process.
Mr. David Sell& Marty
I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to both of you for running a first class operation. I enjoyed the process of buying and more importantly the process of commissioning and putting the boat together. Every step of the way your people were Helpful and supportive. I just want to acknowledge that and have the opportunity to say thanks. Jeff simply was relentless and helpful.
With best wishes for a successful business.
I am absolutely satisfied with Donita’s help and services. She is the kind of person that does the extra mile for you. Lovely and efficient. BRAVO!
Paul, I wanted to thank you and congratulate you and your crew on a great job prior to the hurricane. At Dinner Key Marina most boats fared well, but some suffered significant damage or worse. That leads me to conclude that those that fared well did so because of the right preparations. Thank you and FYG for being there when needed.
You're the best!!! Thanks for all the hard work. I'll check to make sure we have all copies of the paperwork next week when I get back in town. Meanwhile have a great week.
Cathy and I wanted to thank you for helping us sell our Boston Whaler. We loved that boat and our first attempt at selling it with another broker was slow moving and unsuccessful. We felt very fortunate to have been referred to you by the dock master at Key West Harbour FMC. In your kind, congenial and reassuring way you turned the whole situation around. You gave us solid pricing advice and sales options. The marketing was also very good and included a perfect description of our boat. It was a pleasure working with you and we hope to stay in contact. If we ever have any future boating needs you will be the first person we call.
Taking ASA 101 at Florida Yacht Group was a great experience. Donita was very helpful and handled my class registration in a professional manner. Capt.Gary is obviously a competent and knowledgeable Yacht Captain. More impressive is his ability to convey the curriculum both in the class and on the water. I’m looking forward to 103 & 104. Thank you, Edward
I want everyone to know what a fine job Paul, Gary, Mark, Tom and everyone at FYG are doing to look out for your customer/partners. Everyone has been great. Without asking, Tom even sent me the phone number to tele-file my sales taxes. Now Paul gets the dockage rate down. Tremendously good service! Please keep it up! Thanks, Tom
Professionalism in the highest form to the processing, handling and finalizing every aspect of my 430 Carver. Thank you Donita for being attentive and thorough, my situation was more difficult than I am sure others have been in the past. Thank you! Neil went way beyond the call of duty to help me find this boat, professional and thorough with knowledge to help in the decision process. Thank you! Florida Yacht Group will be the ones who help when I am ready to purchase my next boat.
Thank you very much for your help with this transaction. You are both outstanding in what you and are deserving of much praise and accolades. Top notch in my book. I will be referring my friends and colleagues aspiring to buy a boat your way for future business. Hope to meet you again someday soon.
We’re Helene Armitage and Mark Tempelmeyer, the proud new owners of Ma Jolie, a new Jeanneau 409. We consider ourselves very lucky to have stumbled across Florida Yacht Group to help us with this transaction. We had owned and loved our previous boat for over 20 years, and as a result didn’t have much experience with the boat buying process. The fine people at FYG first helped us find a boat that we could love at least as much as our last boat, and they certainly did that successfully. Then they made the buying and trade process easy, and for the most part, fun. Along the way I think we had the pleasure of meeting many, if not most of the people that work for FYG. We began the process with Tracy Ettienne, who prepared our contract, and represented our deal to the company. Then we had the enormous pleasure of working with broker extraordinaire Bo Brown, who showed us the boat, answered a myriad of questions, managed our closing, and is providing a level of post-sale support much higher than we could’ve imagined. We also received tremendous support from Donita Carter, Jeff Lewis, Paul Robinson, and Tina Borchers. One bright spot is having personal attention from David Sell, the President of FYG, and best of all we feel that we’ve now become friends with him. In fact, we hope we have a long term friendship with all of these people. But the real star of this show is the Ma Jolie. We don’t know whether to be more impressed with doing 3.7 knots in a mere 4.5 knots of breeze, or surfing to 9.6 knots in 26 knots of breeze. We’ve done both in our first week aboard, and are absolutely thrilled with the boat. We already know this one is another 20+ year keeper. We want to offer our highest recommendation to FYG, and to Jeanneau sailboats. And thank you FYG team for all you’ve done for us!
Darren worked with me for about eight months to find the right boat at the right price. I will certainly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a boat. Donita Carter did a first rate job with all aspects of the boat closing. Everything was done in a professional, efficient and effective manner.
